The honey bee's are very busy this time off the year.

The bees fly to and fro to collect the nectar of the Thyme, from which our local beekeeper makes the delicious honey we sell. Now also is the right time to collect the Thyme that is not yet in full bloom for culinary herbs or tea.

De bijen vliegen af en aan, om de nectar van de Tijm te verzamelen, waar onze imker de heerlijke honing van maakt. Ook is het nu de juiste tijd om de Tijm die nog niet in volle bloei staat te verzamelen voor keukenkruid of thee.
