Long time to write a post......

The time from blossom is finished, and it is clear to see how many olives the trees have.

The strong south wind with (to) high temperatures in the months April and May was not a good help for the fruit set. The strong wind destroyed many blossoms and the fruit set, the high temperature burns the blossoms. So we can conclude that the harvest will not be so good as last year.

Because the trees are not so full, the olives they carry are good and big.

It is still very early to say what harvest we go to have, because until November can happen a lot of different things what can change the whole situation. As farmer you never know sure what the harvest will do until the day you get your oil!
